PassCanadaTest is an independent educational resource and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Government of Canada, or any official government body. Our practice questions are based on the publicly available Discover Canada guide and are provided for educational purposes only.

Licence to Use

When you purchase a study pack, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own study purposes. You may not share, redistribute, resell, reproduce or publish our materials in any form without our written permission.

Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure our practice questions accurately reflect the Discover Canada guide. However, we cannot guarantee that every question mirrors current official test questions. The real citizenship test is set by IRCC and may change at any time. Always consult the official Discover Canada guide.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout.

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally by email immediately after payment. By purchasing a downloadable product, you acknowledge that delivery is immediate and digital in nature.

Refund Policy

Limitation of Liability

PassCanadaTest is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss, damage or failure arising from use of our study materials. Passing the official citizenship test depends on many factors including the student's own preparation and performance.
